Lately, I have been having a lot of negative thoughts. I felt useless and helpless. I felt restless and tired at the same time. I did not know what to do.
After locking up myself in my room for weeks, I was looking for ways to deal with the stuff on my mind. And I came across a self-reflective and gratitude journal prompts. So for this month of May, I have decided to include it in my posts.
